Refund Policy

Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted only for items that are defective or damaged upon receipt.

  • Items that are not in their original condition, or are damaged due to customer handling, are not eligible for return or refund.

Unboxing Video Requirement

  • A clear unboxing video with a full 360° view of the sealed package and its contents is mandatory.

  • Claims submitted without an unboxing video will not be processed.

Return Process

  • Contact contactjewelriaz@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order.

  • Provide the unboxing video to verify the claim.

  • Await return approval before shipping the item back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued only after the returned item is received and inspected.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • If the returned item does not meet the stated conditions, no refund will be issued.

Refused Parcels

  • If the carrier is unable to deliver the item for any reason, they will contact you to reschedule delivery, with up to three attempts. If the parcel is refused upon delivery without any fault of the carrier, a charge of Rs. 100 per refused shipment will apply.
